Skilled Laborer

Gerber has given me the chance to build a better life. I’ve become more financially stable—I bought a house, got a dog, and finally have the freedom to enjoy hobbies and travel. I started at the bottom, and now I’m maxed out: skilled labor, two crane certifications, and real responsibility. It feels good to look back and see how far I’ve come—from a punk kid to someone with purpose, both at work and at home. And I’m just getting started.

Forming takes a mix of skilled carpentry and structural engineering know-how. You have to understand the craft of building the forms and the physics of how concrete behaves. It’s not simple work—but Gerber’s just good at it. They know what they’re doing, and it shows.
