What You’ll Do

Support Daily Operations

You’ll be at the heart of the work, helping crews execute projects across heavy civil scopes.

Assist with formwork, concrete placement, rebar, and excavation tasks
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment
Handle materials, move equipment, and maintain organized work zones
Follow daily plans and support Crew Leaders in achieving production goals

Contributing on the Jobsite

Build the work, every day.

You’ll be an active member of the crew, using your skills and experience to perform essential construction tasks. By working safely, following plans, and staying engaged with the team, you help keep the jobsite productive and moving toward completion.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to grow in construction.

‍

6–12 months of experience in general construction or multiple trades
Comfort with physically demanding tasks and changing jobsite conditions
Ability to follow direction and work independently
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small equipment
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Preferred:

OSHA 10, First Aid/AED, or Forklift Certification
Experience in concrete, excavation, utilities, or formwork
Competent Person certifications in scaffolding, concrete finishing, or form setting
