What You’ll Do

Drive daily field operations.


You’ll work side by side with your crews to ensure production, safety, and quality goals are met.

  • Plan daily and weekly tasks and assign responsibilities to crew leaders
  • Lead crews in excavation, concrete and mechanical scopes
  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities
  • Address field challenges with emotional intelligence to keep projects on schedule
  • Support inspections, testing, and quality control efforts

Leading the Team

You’ll mentor crew leaders, model professionalism, and hold the team accountable for safety, production, and quality. You will lead from the field and set the tone for production and culture.

What You’ll Bring

Experience, leadership, and accountability in the field.

  • 3–6+ years as a foreman in civil construction (preferably water/wastewater, concrete, mechanical piping, or excavation)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and field production
  • Ability to read plans, elevations and specs as well as being able to communicate them clearly
  • Proven leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and team culture

Preferred: OSHA 10/30, experience managing multiple trades, bilingual (English/Spanish), tablet/digital tool experience.
