What You’ll Do

Support Daily Operations

‍

You’ll provide critical labor support across a variety of heavy civil construction activities.

Perform physical tasks such as digging, raking, material handling, jackhammering, and site cleanup
Assist with jobsite setup and support excavation, utility, concrete, and restoration work
Help move, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
Work around heavy machinery using hand signals and maintaining situational awareness

Follow direction from Crew Leads and Foremen to keep work progressing safely and efficiently

As a General Laborer, your contribution is measured by your effort, adaptability, and awareness. You help create safe, functional work zones by staying alert, following instructions, and stepping in wherever support is needed. By handling demanding physical work and transitioning quickly between tasks, you allow skilled trades and equipment operators to stay focused and productive—making you a vital part of every phase of the job.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for individuals who are dependable, physically capable, and ready to work.

6–12 months of general construction or manual labor experience
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. regularly and occasionally lift over 100 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather and changing site conditions
Ability to follow direction and work safely around tools and equipment
Willingness to perform repetitive physical tasks including standing, kneeling, climbing, and crouching
Strong awareness of safety, surroundings, and team communication

Preferred:

OSHA 10 and/or First Aid & AED Certification
Familiarity with hand and power tools (saws, drills, grinders, jackhammers, vibrators)
Experience assisting with concrete placement, formwork, or rebar

Comfort working around heavy machinery and elevated work areas
