You’ll help plan, coordinate, and deliver the civil infrastructure that supports our communities through managing construction for water and wastewater systems, concrete structures, utilities, sitework, and more. As a Project Manager at Gerber Construction, you’ll support field crews, manage project coordination, and help drive successful outcomes from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Own the day-to-day progress of your projects.


You’ll coordinate all phases from planning through closeout on civil and concrete projects across Utah and the Intermountain West.

  • Support preconstruction setup, schedules, and submittal logs
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, plan updates, and field communication
  • Assist with procurement, subcontractor oversight, and schedule tracking
  • Support cost tracking, change orders, pay apps, and documentation

Leading the Team

Support the people who build the work.


You’ll work closely with Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen to keep quality, safety, and timelines aligned. You help create clarity, solve problems early, and make communication flow between office and field.

What You’ll Bring

You know how to coordinate work and support successful projects.


We’re looking for someone with:

  • 3–7+ years of civil construction or project management experience
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and contracts
  • Skill in scheduling, cost tracking, and project communication
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Procore (or similar), P6/Phoenix, Bluebeam, Excel, and Google Suite
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred: experience with public works, DOT, utilities, concrete, or design-build projects.
