What You’ll Do.

Own the project from start to finish.

You’ll manage every phase from pre-construction to closeout on large, complex civil and concrete projects across Utah and the Intermountain West.

‍

Oversee design coordination, budgets, and schedules.
Manage contracts, cost tracking, and change orders.
Support the team in the field to keep quality, safety, and timelines on track.

You won’t just plan the work; you’ll help your people succeed at it.

What You’ll Bring.

We’re looking for someone with:

‍

10+ years managing water / waste water heavy civil construction or massive concrete projects ($10M–$200M+ range).
Experience in water/wastewater facilities, tank construction, and infrastructure new construction.
Skill with contracts, cost forecasting, scheduling, and field coordination.
Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership habits.
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Tools you’ll use:

Procore (or similar), P6, Bluebeam, Excel, and Google Suite.
