What You’ll Do

Bring structure, clarity, and technical accuracy to every phase of the project.


As a Project Engineer I or II, your work ensures that the field stays informed, the project stays aligned, and decisions are backed by solid data.

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and redline updates.
  • Support layout, surveying coordination, and technical data for field crews.
  • Assist with 3–5 week look-ahead schedules and site logistics.
  • Track quantities, maintain production logs, and support monthly pay applications.
  • Prepare and price change orders; support subcontractor and vendor coordination.
  • Help resolve constructability questions and align communication between field and office.
  • Attend coordination meetings and produce documentation updates.

Leading the Team

Support field leaders, improve coordination, and help drive project outcomes.


Project Engineers play a key role in connecting team members, translating technical information, and keeping work aligned with the plan.

  • Collaborate daily with Project Managers and Superintendents.
  • Provide timely technical information to foremen and field leaders.
  • Maintain consistency in document flow and systems used across the team.
  • Contribute to safe, organized, and quality-driven job sites.
  • Manage select subcontractor scopes.

What You’ll Bring

You’ve built a strong foundation in construction and are ready to take on greater responsibility in both the field and the office.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 1–6 years of experience in construction, field engineering, or project support roles
  • Experience working with civil construction drawings, specifications, and field coordination
  • Ability to support or independently manage RFIs, submittals, quantity tracking, and change pricing
  • Exposure to subcontractor coordination and technical scopes
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through habits
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Google Suite, Excel, and tools such as Procore, P6, Bluebeam, and ComputerEase
  • Familiarity with QA/QC processes and jobsite safety requirements
  • OSHA 10 and First Aid/AED (or ability to obtain)
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field experience
